Mr. Scott E. Wieland

Mr. Wieland has been an employee of Advanced Security Services Inc., for more than 8 years and is company's Client Relations & Operations Manager.

Mr. Wieland is a Vietnam Era United States Navy Veteran and attended Crafton Hills College in Yucca, CA., with studies in Theology and Business Administration.

As Client Relations Manager, he is responsible for handling all client related issues. He personally meets with each client on site to discuss the specific security needs of the client, walking through the site and preparing the Site Operations and Procedures documentation that will become the guidelines for the guards servicing the site.

He is also responsible for Operations & Scheduling of our Guards.

By maintaining an ongoing relationship with each client, he helps manage each site and gives each client a contact with our company able to react to any and all site concerns. This real time, immediate response style of direct site management gives our clients peace of mind, knowing that they have a contact who

knows their site and has the ability to adjust, expand or correct security as changing conditions and client needs demand.

Mr. Wieland became the Client Relations Manager after having served four years as the security site manager at the General Electric Aircraft Engines Plant in Hookset, New Hampshire.

The site operated with three guards 24/7, with 26 full time employees under his command, While serving as Site Manager for the General Electric site, he prepared the Site Operations and Procedures manual that is used by General Electric as a standard for their site security. His extensive hand-on experience and management skills developed in the field provide our clients with a contact who understands the day-to-day operations of a highly complex site.

As you can see, our key personnel provide a diverse wealth of knowledge and experience to all of our clients. Each, is readily available to meet with a client at any time it becomes necessary to ensure that our officers are performing to the highest standard and all contract requirements are being met and/or exceeded.
