Based on his law enforcement experience, Mr. Marino established a chain of command that is the framework for all company site management.

Service officers report to Sergeants (Shift Supervisors), who answer to Lieutenants (Site Managers), who answer to Captains (General Managers), who answer directly to him. This system, much like that of a police or military force, maintains discipline and order.

By being directly involved in this chain of command, Mr. Marino is able to directly manage the guard force and constantly improve the overall quality of our services.

Everyone in the ranks also knows that Mr. Marino maintains an "open door" policy and will meet with any guard directly to discuss and resolve issues they believe have not been thoroughly and satisfactorily addressed.

The appearance, knowledge and attitude of every employee is consistently being assessed and improved. Mr. Marino's approach to guard management has earned him the respect and dedication of every officer in the organization.

 

Ms. Erica Marino

Ms. Marino is part of the company's second generation of outstanding family management as the company's Human Resources Manager. She is in charge of hiring, scheduling and accounts receivables. Ms. Marino holds a Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration from Merrimack College in North Andover, MA., and began her current position in 2000.

She has developed a unique ability in screening potential applicants and choosing only those who best fit the quality of character we seek to employ. This enables us to locate and train competent officers and staff.

Once selected, Ms Marino starts them on the process called the "12 Step Program for Security Officers." These 12 steps then lead to training and educational programs that transform an applicant into a qualified security officer.

With her in depth understanding of each of our sites and personnel, Ms. Marino also staffs our sites with officers appropriately matched by skill, training and individual site knowledge. She manages all Human Resource Issues.
