Advanced Security Services Inc., currently employs approximately 325 full time and 25 part time licensed security officers. Our corporate management team consists of Mrs. Paula Marino, majority owner and Chairwoman., Mr. Mark A. Marino, minority owner and President., Ms. Erica Marino, Human Resource Manager., and Mr. Scott E. Wieland, Client Relations & Operations Manager. There are also four Project Managers in the field, as well as several road & site supervisors.
This team of corporate individuals brings a wealth of experience to all of our projects and each is fully involved on all of our contracts. We have outlined below the qualifications and experience of these four individuals for your review.
Mrs. Marino has had a major role in Advanced Security Services Inc., since it's inception in 1984. She holds an Associates Degree and Bachelors in Science in Education from Endicott College of Beverly, MA. Her expertise in education provides a template for all training programs we currently utilize for our security personnel. While holding the position of Chairwoman and Training Coordinator, she helped develop the policies and procedures that we use today. During the growth of the company, she expanded her her efforts to the development of new educational programs, introducing video and written security curriculum designed to educate our officers in the most modern security science and tactics available.
In 2004 she opened our officer training center, where a Library of security related information was consolidated into a state of the art center offering ongoing seminars and classes to train new officers, as well as expanding the knowledge and expertise in C.P.R., First Aid, Crisis Intervention and Site Management. This has allowed our officers to advance in rank and responsibility, while producing a guard force unmatched in our industry.
With our constant concern for meeting the demands of a diverse workplace, Mrs. Marino became the majority owner and Chairwoman of the company in march of 2005. Her new position not only reflects our company's attitude toward women in the workplace, it also recognizes the achievements and contributions she has brought to the company.
Mr. Marino is the founder and original president and Chairman of Advanced Security Services Inc. He holds an Associates Degree in Criminal Justice and a Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration from Suffolk University in Boston, MA. He has an extensive background as a former Law Enforcement Officer and is a former Police Prosecutor. His skill in management and extensive knowledge of the law brings a discipline and commitment to professionalism that has set the standard for every officer in our organization.
